Waterlines and Hydrants

Yard Hydrants

Do you need outdoor access to water away from your house? Are you tired of dragging garden hose out every time you want to water the garden or fill livestock watering troughs? A yard hydrant might be just the solution to save labor and shorten chore time. Hydrants provide permanent access to water in any outdoor setting or in any unheated building. In Ohio, our climate and freezing winter temperatures make it impossible to install outdoor water distribution systems above ground. All of our waterlines must be buried deep enough so that they cannot freeze and break in the winter. Frost free hydrants are specifically designed to drain all of the water out of the upper portion of the hydrant so that the part of the waterline that is above ground cannot freeze. When they are installed properly, they can offer year-round access to water without needing seasonal , maintenance to keep from freezing. If you think your property could benefit from a waterline and hydrant installation, conact us for a free estimate!

Waterlines

Of course, if you are in need of a waterline replacement or a new waterline installation to your house, barn, shed or greenhouse, we would be happy to help you. Because waterlines need to be buried deep to keep them from freezing, its often necessary to have them enter a structure below grade. Boring through concrete foundations is no easy task, but we have to the tools tools and skills to do it the right way!
